Logistics and transport software
We build software for transport and logistics companies: order and trip management, vehicle tracking, electronic documents, cost control and portals where customers follow their own shipments.

Moving goods, chasing information
In transport, information is spread across dispatchers' phones, drivers' messengers, paper documents and the accounting system. Customers phone to ask where their goods are, and finding the answer takes several more calls.
Logistics software brings orders, vehicles, drivers, documents and payments together, so everybody works from the same live picture.
What we build
Order and trip management
From the customer's order to a planned trip with an assigned vehicle and driver, with a status at each step.
Tracking and geofencing
Live vehicle positions from GPS or telematics, with automatic events when a truck arrives at or leaves a site.
Electronic documents
Digital transport documents, e-CMR included where it is accepted, and proof of delivery with photos and signatures.
Driver apps
Trips, documents, photos, expenses and messages on the driver's phone.
Customer portals
Customers follow shipments, download documents and get automatic updates.
Costs and settlements
Fuel, tolls, driver expenses and trip profitability, connected to invoicing.

Typical scenario
An example of the type of project we build. It does not describe a specific client.
Situation
A transport company runs its fleet by phone. Customers call several times for each shipment, and drivers' documents reach the office days after delivery.
What we build
A system with trip planning, live tracking from the GPS devices already installed, a driver app for documents and photos, and a customer portal with automatic status updates.
Result
Fewer calls, documents available on the day of delivery, and quicker invoicing.
How the project unfolds
Operations walk-through
We follow a real dispatching day to see how the work actually flows.
Data sources
Review GPS providers, telematics APIs and the systems already in place.
Core first
Orders, trips and tracking come first, then documents and the customer portal.
Pilot with part of the fleet
Testing with selected vehicles and drivers before the full rollout.
Full rollout
Training for dispatchers and drivers, and support throughout the switch-over.
What you get

Questions about this service
Do we need new GPS devices?
Usually not. We connect to the GPS or telematics provider you already work with, as long as it offers an API.
Is e-CMR legally accepted?
e-CMR is accepted in the countries that have ratified the e-CMR protocol. We check the routes you run and keep a paper fallback where it is needed.
Can customers see only their own shipments?
Yes. Every customer has a separate account and sees only their own orders and documents.
Does the driver app work abroad without roaming data?
Yes. It works offline and syncs whenever a connection is available.
